Creating Shared Success Measures

There are three steps in order to ensure progress toward a shared destination:

1. Ensure that you have created an actual and shareable objective. Having a well-articulated stretgy will deliver value to the business.
2. Define what success means to all of you. By doing so, you will get an indication of the key results you'll use to measure your objectives. 
3. Design your analytics. There is no single tool that can elegantly and definitively indicate achieved key results so instead, your analytics tools must assess several activities.
