Take sufficient time for reflection

You must always take enough time for reflection on how things are turning out to be and if there is something that requires a change. 

Complete a final inspection especially after a huge task or a project because it is extremely beneficial to the project. This will highlight the areas where you can improve for people that are adjusting their style of work lately. It is a good idea to perform an independent after-implementation review after you have completed a large project or a task.
