2] At such time, don't focus on the whole task. Cut it into small pieces. As small as you can. Focus completely at that task. Do it everyday. If you have less time, then gradually increase the pace. For example; if your goal is to build a house. Never focus on building the whole house. Just focus on laying the brick. Give your 💯% to the work. And after consistent and right efforts, you will have a house

1] The basic funda is, Dont focus on the result or the goals. I'm not saying that it's bad to set goal or to note our results. You have to have a clear goal. But after setting it, don't look at it again. Focus on the "Process". That's the key. Set a clear goal and leave it in the corner. Get into your process.
