Why do we quit too early? This happens with almost everyone, with me too.
1] We start doing something. Do it for couple of days & after not seeing results, we Quit. It's not like we don't have Dreams, Ambitions but we couldn't stay consistent about it. What should we do then?
2] Sometimes we start a certain task too late. Like study, a project or something else. And when we have less or half the time we got to do that task, we get anxious. We get overwhelmed by the feeling of doing all the work & we never start that work.
What should we do then?

1] The basic funda is, Dont focus on the result or the goals. I'm not saying that it's bad to set goal or to note our results. You have to have a clear goal. But after setting it, don't look at it again. Focus on the "Process". That's the key. Set a clear goal and leave it in the corner. Get into your process. Because when you start enjoying the actual process, that's when you become the person you Dreamt to be.

2] At such time, don't focus on the whole task. Cut it into small pieces. As small as you can. Focus completely at that task. Do it everyday. If you have less time, then gradually increase the pace.
For example; if your goal is to build a house. Never focus on building the whole house. Just focus on laying the brick. Give your đŻ% to the work. And after consistent and right efforts, you will have a house
