Change is often scary because we don't know the outcome. Humans fear uncertainty, therefore creating anxiety for change. That's why people tend to stay the same. Actively growing as a person means constantly changing. And for some people that can be terrifying. Facing the reality and truth is hard for humans to accept (not talking about everyone), especially truth is hard. So if there is something in your life right now that NEEDS to change. Just face it and go for it, set the goals you need to achieve the change.
