Failing is something we all do. But how do we deal with failure? Do we take it the wrong way and beat ourselves up for failing? Or do we see it as an opportunity to learn from and allow it offer us a new perspective on why we failed and how to overcome that failure? I recommend the second one. There is no reason for you to beat yourself up if you learn to deal with failure positively. Failure should be learned from because it stimulates growth.

Do not take an all-or-nothing approach. Do not stop altogether. Instead, be flexible and learn from your mistakes.
