While it might be fun to associate your colleagues and acquaintainces with their different animal guardians, remember that stereotypes are just that-- Stereotypes. Nothing more. I was born in the year of the Rat but I don't act like the wise old Rat all the time and Ox may not act like an Ox. At the end of the day, judge your colleagues and acquaintances by their actions, not by the zodiac animal their year of birth assigned with.
