The lunar zodiac (shēngxiào meaning “born resembling”) is consists of 12 animals. An animal and its attributes are assigned to each year in a repeating 12- cycle based on the lunar calendar.
Not only is the Chinese zodiac used to predict one’s fortune, its also believed to give an insight into one’s personality. While other factors come into play when it comes to one’s personality, the Chinese zodiac sign is a fairly used social indicator.
So what are the different stereotypes associated with each animal in the Chinese zodiac and more importantly how do you deal with them?

At the end of the day, judge your colleagues and acquaintances by their actions, not by the zodiac animal their year of birth assigned with.
