A Multitasking Myth

A Multitasking Myth

If you think you are great at multitasking, I would say think again. Only 2% of human beings can multitask efficiently. This is because the human brain cannot process information from two different sources at the same time.

You must be thinking that I’m kidding because you multitask every now and then. You can listen to music while studying or you can easily drive while talking over the phone. A chef is capable of cooking two, three, or maybe four dishes at a time, isn’t it?
