What you need to accomplish is priority

What you want to accomplish can be additional work you perform after your priorities are met. 

You can use the Eisenhower Matrix to identify the Urgent and Important items that should receive your attention first!

It will help you become clear about your priorities and know when to do each task. Use this information to create your plan.
