The more prepared you can be understanding the positions and motivations of all counterparties the better. The more independent data you can bring to support your reasoning (e.g., industry pay comps, research on the tie between worker efficiency and workplace comfort, competitor actions, hard data as well as qualitative reviews showing your impact) the more convincing you’ll be.
