Inadequacy of ratings

There are no universal ratings for content shared on social media.

However, parents can stop their children from downloading apps to smartphones, so platforms can or should not do anything unless they require identification when signing up.

While YouTube is full of good educational content, it is still unsuitable for children under 13 years old. The same goes for other platforms.
