  • Body Language is a non verbal form of communication that we use to reveal our true feelings and emotions. Our gestures, facial expressions and posture are example of it. Body language determines the intensity and importance of your verbal sayings.
  • Body Language Do's -Have an open Posture - Be relaxed but not sloppy, Sit or stand upright and place your arms on the side, try not to cross your arms and put your hands on the hips as they may convey negative vibes.
  • Make a good eye contact - This will show people that you are sincere and engaged. Please don't go overboard and make it a stare contest.
