Make it about them

I can't emphasize just how important it is.

You don't wanna stare at them all the time and neither do you wanna NOT look them in the eye at all.

Find a sweet spot somewhere in between as your eyes indeed are the way to your soul.

It doesn't matter how many tips and tricks and hacks you can boast of.

If people feel you are 'shady' or someone with not the best of intentions

You have already lost the game.

Be good and think good about others without expecting anything in return.

After every convo do a quick mental recap in your head.

See what went right what went wrong what should be repeated what should be avoided and stuff like that.

You can't improve if you won't measure your performance.

If you look and feel like a homeless bum nobody would wanna talk to you.

- Eat healthy

- Don't stoop

- Dress sharp

- Get in shape

- Wear a cologne

- Walk confidently

Grooming yourself will make it easier for you to talk to anyone without any inhibitions.

you make it look like talking to a stranger is a damn big thing for you... 

You are gonna overwhelm yourself with stress and anxiety.

Make it look like it's nothing. 

If they talk to you well and good. If they don't then no harm no foul(their loss).

Just like you won't start driving without first knowing the destination

You shouldn't go about talking to anyone without a precise goal in mind.

Whether it is to ask for a favor or to praise someone or to ask her out...

Know your reasons well.

Asking yes/no type questions will suck all the fun out of your conversation.

"Do you live in the US?" "Do you like Kanye West?"

It's a dead end. Instead ask wh-type questions.

What do you like about America? Why do you like Kanye?

If you ever start overthinking your approach and have second thoughts about talking to them...

Say "3,2,1....and GO" in your head and just make the move already.

Analysis of paralysis sucks. Don't fall for it.

Don't just pretend to listen.

But actually listen to what they are saying.

People always know if they are being heard.

And for God's sake keep your judgments to yourself.

You don't know sh!t about f*ck yet.

One of the best ways to kick start the convo on a positive note:

Drop a genuine and unique compliment about them.

Everybody likes to hear good things about themselves. Use it.

But don't make it too generic. Also don't flatter them/fake it.

Nobody will ever get tired of an authentic smile.

It indeed is the best accessory you can ever wear.

You can't expect others to talk to you if you are all frowned up marching towards them with folded arms as if you are about to extort them.
