To go beyond this comfort zone, you have to start letting go of the effort to keep things within your defined limits. Once you have awoken spiritually, you will realize you’re caged. You will better understand your comfort zone’s limits and that your fear of discomfort creates the cage.

Singer suggests you go far beyond your comfort zone. There should be no cage, and your soul should be infinite.
