Frequency of batching
Frequency is personal. You may be batching daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Experiment and see what works.
For example:
- You may decide that on a given day, your primary creation period is from the time you wake up until lunch. Then after lunch, you may do administrative tasks such as phone calls, email and calendering.
- Or you may do administrative tasks on day one, HR hiring on day two, product on day three and marketing on day four. On each of those days, you'll focus on themes.
