Always remember your brain is much like a bank, where thoughts get deposited. You can never withdraw the thought that you never deposited. Always make sure the thought you deposit will be the one you’ll be looking for when you withdraw. Never deposit negative thoughts like fear.

TYPES OF FEAR AND ACTION TO OVERCOME THEM:

Withdraw only positive thoughts: Destroy the negative thoughts before they becomes mental monster. Negative thoughts are fertilised by repeated thoughts which will break confidence and eventually create psychological difficulties. Be it big or small if anyone knows how to withdraw the positive thoughts instead of negative the problem is solved.

Lack of confidence is created by fear. Fear is real and the sure of the fear is not just an imagination. Imagining you don’t have fear might help in short run but will never benefit in log run. Even though fear is real, it’s psychological. Admitting no one is born with confidence, it is just the matter of hard work can cure fear. Action cures fear whereas the postponement and indecision only fertilises the fear. Anytime next you experience fear, isolate fear and steady yourself, have hope and back it off by action.

David Joseph Schwartz PhD (March 23, 1927 – December 6, 1987) was an American motivational writer and coach, best known for authoring The Magic of Thinking Big in 1959.He was a professor at Georgia State University and also began his own work as a self-help coach and life strategist. Later, he founded his own consultancy firm focusing on leadership development called 'Creative Educational Services Inc'.He became well known through his motivational publications and self-help books, especially for The Magic of Thinking Big, published in 1959.
