Types of Focus

Humans are constrained by two types of Focus:

  1. Number of multiple things we can focus on at any given point in time
  2. Containing little amount of information in the brain even after we chose to focus on something narrow

With these limitless of our Focus, we need to be cautious about what we choose to focus on initially because the memory won't hold it long before you can remember it forever. And yes, that is how habits are difficult to instill, and we need to do it repeatedly and be consistent.
