<ol><li>The third layer is pranamya kosha.</li><li>Prana means life energy.This energy drives the 1st and 2nd energies.</li><li>The first 2 energies are physical and can be felt. But this gives life to it.</li></ol>

Pranamaya Kosha 

<ol><li>This is the 4th one, "Gnana" means knowledge. Vignana means extraordinary knowledge  that is beyond sense perceptions.</li></ol>

Vignanamaya Kosha 

<ol><li>"Aananda" means bliss.It is one thing that is everything and nothing at the same time.</li><li>It's beyond physical in nature.</li></ol>

Aanandamaya Kosha

<ol><li>"Mana" means mind. This is the mental body.</li><li>It comprises yours thoughts , emotions and all the mental processes, both conscious and unconscious. </li></ol>

Manomaya Kosha

<ol><li>The outermost sheath of human body </li><li>"Anna"means food. All the physical growth you acquire is from this sheath </li></ol>
