Busy does not equal results

We don't find time in large chunks. We find it in small pieces - in minutes here and minutes there.

People tend to fall into one of four destructive time-management styles:

1. The busy bee has their hands in everything and finishes nothing.
2. The fire chief is constantly reacting to the next crisis, taking care of everyone else while not doing their own work.
3. The superhero helps everyone while leaving little time for their own tasks.
4. The procrastinator is always in deadline mode. They typically divert their time to less important tasks.
