Meditation -It is an activity of being mindful of the things around you,the moment you are in,the current sound be it noise or something pleasent but being able to know that this particular thing is happening rather than just going on.

One should take out atleast 5-10 minutes in a day for doing meditation or rather being in the moment.It can be done anywhere just the thing is you are comfortable at the place you are doing it and at ease with how you are doing it. You could make it habit the most easy way to do so easy doing it before sleep or after waking up in the morning.
