What Is Meditation

Meditation -It is an activity of being mindful of the things around you,the moment you are in,the current sound be it noise or something pleasent but being able to know that this particular thing is happening rather than just going on.

One should take out atleast 5-10 minutes in a day for doing meditation or rather being in the moment.It can be done anywhere just the thing is you are comfortable at the place you are doing it and at ease with how you are doing it. You could make it habit the most easy way to do so easy doing it before sleep or after waking up in the morning.

Meditation, according to me is an important activity if one does it in their life.The thing it helps you with is being calm and the feeling you get after doing it correctly is just unexplainable.

In todays life everything is so fast that we forget of being in our senses,knowing what is happening rather we are just going through like a bullet through the day.Meditation helps with this it helps you being present in the moment

There are many ways of doing meditation.But one should understand that everyone is different so you can do it in your own way.Just the thing is to try to sense ehat is going around or focus on one thing,it could be a manifestation of what u want in the future while your are visualising it,it vould just be as basic as focusing on your breath or you could focus on the sounds around you.So the main thing is just start and you will slowly evolve and know whats best for you .

The thing is meditation is recommended to be done with a straight back so as a habit one must fo it with a straight back but if you just want to do it anywhere else you can just close your eyes and do it once you get habitual you will be able to do it while walking with your eyes open because int the end you have to just be mindful.

Meditation has benefits it is true i cam vouch for it but they are not so instant you have to be patient with it just do it and you will see the benefits and make it a part of your routine.Be patient.
