I've read and heard people say time and time again things like; "...to achieve success, you need to strike a balance between work, play and rest..."

The problem with this concept is; balance has never been successfully struck by anyone. Not even Einstein!

What's the point then?

If you have this readily in mind, maybe you won't be so disappointed when it dawns on you.

My advice:

- know when to stop and when your stoptime is over

- work on your self-awareness; you'll need that to look at yourself from outside your own head

- be true to yourself; deep down, we know what our problems are and why.

- read!
