When the main character, Siddhartha meets the actual Budhha and is deeply impressed by him, but he still believes that truth is something one must find on his own and tries to find it through his own life experiences but I think, one can't live long enough to find the truth through his/her own life experiences, some people get the truth in less time but its also possible that some didn't get it then they should understand it from other's life experiences.
