As humans we have a tendency to continuously hanker after the next thing we want to do, have or see rather than savouring the present moment.
I have goals and aspirations for my future, so I'm not condemning those who dream big. However, I do encourage you to spend at least 50-60% of your time living in the present moment.
It is impossible for us to know how long we have on this earth, so savour every moment as much as you can, no matter how big or how small the moment may be.
