His way of every day forcing him to get uncomfortable, to figure out what his baseline was and what his comfort level was, and just turning it upside down.

When our Brain starts to go through pain & insecurities, our brain gives a way out.
And that way out of this is usually quitting or taking the easier route.
The only way to do that is to make yourself uncomfortable and get to the point.
What happens here instead of running from the things you don’t want to do, you actually face them and start to gain more and more growth in your life.
Once the mind knows you’re not going to quit something, it’s going to try to find more, and give you more.
It realizes you’re not going to take the path of least resistance.
You’re going to stay here until it’s done.
The human mind if one can put it in a very quiet, calm place and get it to calm down and not be so spastic could make it work out for them.
You will be easily answered, "How bad are you really?".
The biggest war you’re ever going through is right between our own ears.
We have to callous our minds to fight that war and win that war. It’s all in our minds.
The World is a Hard Place.
The World breaks everyone and afterward many are strong in the broken places.
But we shouldn't forget that not all are stronger in broken places.
You want to win the war in the morning BUT, the second you look at your phone, the second you turn your TV on; you’re in a battle.
If you do something you don’t want to do every morning, you already need to give yourself proper self-talk.
We are capable of so much more than we think we are.
When your mind is telling you you’re done, you’re really only 40% done.
