What is a habit tracker?

What is a habit tracker?

A habit tracker is a simple way to measure whether you did a habit. For example, if you did a workout on Monday you will cross off that day on the calendar. I make a habit tracker not because I am the most organised person, it’s the opposite. I am seriously chaotic and easily distracted, So I need a system to keep me laser-focused. Motivation is over-rated anyway and willpower doesn’t work either, at least not for long.

I usually make a habit tracker on canva and rarely use photoshop because the Canva user interface is much easy to engage.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
