I keep a track of days when I wake up early around 6 am because I have noticed whenever I did, I have been extremely productive.
I also keep track of the days I did meditation which helps me with my creativity and keeps me pleasantly calm and focused.
Once you start pursuing your goals and not be able to achieve them in the expected time, you start to see from a glass half empty lens and that is why I kept a section on Gratitude. For the last few months, I have been practising Gratitude which I have found extremely helpful in making me aware of all the good things in my life.
