How to build a team as pumped and oiled as an army

You rarely come across people (in fact anything or anyone) who are damn straight and direct about ideas or criticism. It was my time to lead a bunch of budding designers and Radical Candor; especially the Get Sh#t Done Wheel (Get Stuff Done as in the book) couldn’t have happened at a better time.

The core idea is to build relationships that are more humane, that allows the best ideas to surface at the top and that allows the team to produce the best work of their lives without having to hate you.
