Becoming sillier at serious & complex situations lightens the moment, makes environment friendly. But, it depends on us to decide where to go silly or to stay focused.

Serious Silly Ratio 

Instead of berating or accusing the other person, use "I" statements to express your own thoughts and feelings. For example, instead of saying "You're wrong," say "I disagree." This can help defuse tense situations and make it easier for the other person to hear your perspective.

I Statments

The direction of a person's gaze can also provide insight into their thoughts and emotions. For example, if a person is looking to the side while speaking, they may be lying or trying to remember something. If they are looking at the floor, they may be feeling ashamed or guilty.

Gaze

Take the example of Half-Glass Life approach, where we neglect the fact that the glass is half-empty but, optimistically focus on the part that the other half is filled. This helps us cherish our mind in worst situations.

Framing +

Before having fun with others, first learn to enjoy the alone company. A balance of joy & bliss ponts in life is necessary to handle. This helps us drive our own persona in lone times.
