Our Deadly Mindset - Deepstash

Our Deadly Mindset

We often feel overwhelmed when we try to learn something new — this feeling is often accompanied by a sense of dread. We may feel that we don’t have the time, energy, or resources to learn something new, so we procrastinate and put it off.

This leads to a vicious cycle of trying and failing, and eventually feeling defeated and like we can’t do anything. It’s a devastating moment of feeling like no matter what we do, we’ll never be able to learn something new.
