The mind is a sophisticated computer, and in order to understand its mechanics, we must first understand that there are no subtractions and divisions in the mind, only addition and multiplication. Trying to remove negative thoughts is not the solution, as our minds cannot be controlled forcefully. Instead, we must focus on distancing ourselves from our physiological and psychological processes, and recognize the fundamental sense of aliveness within us. By creating space between ourselves and our minds, we can put an end to suffering.
