What Should I do?

So many things we could do to solve or at least push back our mood condition to its normal state. I usually do these two activities below when I feel the symptoms of mental fatigue.

  1. Admit it. Admit that you are not feeling well. This can makes you to not to do denial things, which is a destructive way we could do in that circumstance.
  2. Cut off you social media. As we know, scrolling at social media is not the best solution to get your mental stability. You might get more anxious, tired, and overwhelm due to many unnecessary information await. This is not included insecurity that you will face.
