Okay, so, what is mental fatigue though?
According to many resources, people would define mental fatigue as an unstable condition of mental health. This occurs when you feel overwhelm or distress after doing so many tough activities, such as working for long hours, as it is not usual to do in your day's schedule.
Furthermore, mental fatigue can happens both in offline and online activity. Have you ever feel a weird or uncommon mood's condition after had a virtual meeting? As long as it goes, we could refer it as mental fatigue as well, but in a different name: Zoom fatigue.
