SMART goals are clear and well-defined. The best way to illustrate this concept is to show how you would write a SMART goal.SMART goal Acronym stand for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound.  BREAKDOWN <ol><li>S</li><li>M</li><li>A</li><li>R</li><li>T</li></ol>

What are SMART goals?

<ul><li>Time- Bound (T).These goals have specific deadlines.</li><li>You are expected to achieve your desired outcome before a target date. They might be challenging.</li><li>The key to creating a Time-Bound Goal is set a deadline by working backward & developing habits.</li></ul>

Time- Bound.

<ul><li>Measurable(M).This is specifically anything that measures your progress toward a goal.</li><li>It helps such as if you have reached from point A to point B, also if you are headed in right directions.</li><li>This starts with questions starting with how such as how much, how many, how fast.</li></ul>

Measurable.

<ul><li>Specific (S) This answer your 6W questions ~ Who, What, Where, When, Which and Why. When you identify each element, you will identify which tools and actions are required for each goal.</li></ul><ol><li>Who - Who is involved?</li><li>What - What do you want to Accomplish?</li><li>Where - Where will you complete the goal?</li><li>When - When do you want to do it?</li><li>Which - Which requirement and constraints might get in your way?</li><li>Why - Why are you doing it?</li></ol>

Specific.

<ul><li>Attainable(A). These stretch the limits of what you think is possible. challengeable and full of obstacles.</li><li>The key to get attainable goals is to set an objective slightly beyond your reach. ( Even in cases of failure there would something of significance than your previous self. )</li></ul>

Attainable.
