Everytime your brain tries to convince you that 'you are as pathetic as your situations are' he is lying. Negative emotions are not true at all. We humans tend to ignore a million beautiful days just because of one small bad day. Remember, you are what you think you are. Make it habit of not listening to any negative thought your brain is telling you.

2. YOUR BRAIN LIES TO YOU 

Nothing remains same, as a kid we were worried about the consequences of not completing our homework. As an adult we are worried about the consequences of not earning good enough to o survive. Nothing is going to be there tomorrow there will be a new day , with new opportunities tomorrow. The next time you face difficulties just convince your brain and tell him it's only temporary. Once you leave this world :) people will not longer recognise you by your name they will start calling you "Body" so be happy why worry.

3. Nothing Is Permanent 

Remember those days when you were the happiest. You felt like time is passing slow, you were enjoying the moment as if you don't have any past or future. That's because you were aware. Be aware of what you are doing, be in the present moment give your hundred percent focus to the things you are doing, life will be different I gaurentee you :).

Rhonda Byrne is an Australian television writer and producer, best known for her New Thought works, The Secret—a book and a film by the same name. By the Spring of 2007 the book had sold almost 4 million copies, and the DVD had sold more than 2 million copies. She has also been a producer for Sensing Murder. According to an article published by Australia's Herald Sun, Byrne has also worked on the Australian TV series World's Greatest Commercials and Marry Me. In 2007, Byrne was listed among Time Magazine's list of 100 people who shape the world.
