Emotions cannot be controlled. When we feel an overflowing rage, our conscience is aware that we are angry. A part of you has a certain perspective of whether your anger is good or bad. This perspective which we see and judge ourselves is what we can control. This perspective holds us back from doing something that hurts others or ourselves from our emotions.
