Accept the things you can’t change. Don’t worry about small, unimportant things.

Set a limit to your worries:         

  1. How important is the thing I am worried about?
  2. At which point should I set a limit to my worries?
  3. How much does it cost? Have I already paid more than it costs?

Instead, appreciate what you have. Count your blessings, not your problems.
