Take their aroma in and make myself all the more hungry. So I tricked my brain that was trying to trick me into buying it.
That's not it. After craving that food so much (especially with my stomach having null contents), I tell myself no means no. And then with me gaslighting myself, I do not eat that food.
Resulting in built up discipline and willpower.
Cause if you didn't give in to the craving, you built more power..
But you built additional power, by making yourself wanting that thing more and then not having it.
