I have been doing a lot of introspection lately. Meditation, research and basically understanding how I work. I think this is something truly basic that has gone missing in today's world. A world that has formulas, sigma grind and other self-help materials available that seeks to provide a one solution for all problems. The problem is, that, there isn't one solution to all problems. The only solution according to me, is the solution you can find within you. And to find a solution within you, you have to understand who you are. Here's where my 3 step method comes in.
