Acts of kindness

Do something nice for someone today, and don't tell anybody about your act of kindness. Acts of kindness can serve as a beacon of light and hope for both the giver and the recipient. While many of us may be quick to offer help or support to those in need, there is something particularly special about performing a kind gesture without seeking recognition or praise.

Today, to do something nice for someone and keep it to yourself. It could be as simple paying for someone's coffee in line behind you. The important thing is that we approach it with genuine sincerity and keep it to ourselves.
