If you have a very clear goal that is aligned with your actual desires (that’s why you need to be vulnerable), your subconscious will seek out opportunities that are aligned with it.However, if you have a goal that you don’t actually really want (or you think that you should want it but it’s not really what you want), your subconscious isn’t looking for those opportunities that are aligned with it, and so you start thinking that manifestation is not working.So, being able to be really honest with yourself about what you really want is crucial to this step.

Goal that is aligned with your actual desires

Trust in the universe, look for those synchronicities and allow them to show you that there’s some energetic force that is always listening to you, your thoughts, and your actions.

Step 7: Trust in the universe

In order to understand what you really want, you need to be able to sit with yourself and journal.You can also ask yourself: What, when I think about it, makes me feel excited, fulfilled, and at peace?If something you’re visualizing comes with a feeling of worry, anxiety, or apprehension, explore where that is coming from. Maybe that’s because it’s not really aligned with what you really want.

How to understand what you really want

Another thing to remember is that you don’t need to constantly manifest things or set yourself new goals.You can reach a certain chapter of your life where you can simply enjoy being and enjoy things as they are.<ul><li>There is a great quote:</li></ul>“Remember the time you wished for the things you have now.”

Another thing to remember...

<ol><li>Becoming too obsessive and desperate with your goals. That feeling of desperation is what really blocks it from coming to you. You need to be more in the feelings of openness, surrender, and trust.</li><li>Thinking it’s just about visualization or vision board and that it’s just a ritual that needs to be done for some time. Manifesting isn’t a ritual that you do every night or morning. It is a way of living. You should live and breathe these steps.</li></ol>

Common manifesting mistakes:

Envy comes from this scarcity mindset.Inspiration is the antithesis of envy. It comes from this really high vibrational abundant mindset — if you have something, that means that I can have it too. You can even start celebrating other people’s success because it shows what’s possible.

Step 6: Turn envy into inspiration

Step 1: Be clear in your vision.Step 2: Remove fear and doubt.Step 3: Align your behavior by taking action.Step 4: Overcome tests from the universe and persist through challenges.Step 5: Sink into this real vibration of gratitude, having this incredible and real appreciation for all that you already have. Be in an abundant mindset. In that way, you are able to enjoy the journey and surrender to it.Step 6: Turn envy into inspiration.Step 7: Trust in the universe That’s about surrendering to the journey that gets you where you want and not obsessively controlling every step of the way.

Important manifesting steps:

This requires vulnerability and courage.Vulnerability: you really need to be honest with yourself about your dreams, your goals, and what you really want. And that does require you to be vulnerable.Because if you think about your deepest desires, it can feel really scary or like it’s impossible. You may be also scared of what someone else would think of you if you did that or wanted it.Courage: you need to be brave to allow yourself to actually say it out loud, put it on a vision board, and dream about it.

Step 1: Be clear in your vision

The secret and most powerful ingredient to manifesting is being able to let go of it and not obsess over wanting something.It's to have faith and the ability to come back into the present moment.It’s like setting a destination in order to set your direction but then forgetting about the destination and just focusing on the journey and enjoying it. It’s like hiking ⇒ you set your destination (otherwise you would just wandering aimlessly), but then you just enjoy your hike.

The secret and most powerful ingredient to manifesting

Self-worth and self-love are the biggest secrets to manifesting.Self-love: it’s the ability to be able to walk into any room exactly as you are being yourself and leave that room not worrying what everyone thinks of you because you have that absolute ability to respect who you are. To have the freedom and liberation of being yourself.

Manifesting is, essentially, at its core, all about self-worth. This is the key to successful manifestation.You manifest what you subconsciously believe you’re worthy of receiving. So there’s some healing journey required for us to be able to feel we are worthy of love, happiness, joy, and abundance.

The biggest secret of manifesting

Beliefs about ourselves play a crucial role in manifestation. These beliefs are thoughts that have been repeated so often that they have become ingrained in us.They shape our perception of the world, our experiences, and the meanings we attach to things. Changing these beliefs is the first step in the manifestation process, though it can be challenging due to their long-standing nature.However, our brain's neuroplasticity allows us to form new pathways through repeated thoughts and actions. By regularly exposing ourselves to affirmations, we can reprogram our minds and embrace self-love.

Having a real appreciation for life puts you in this abundant mindset, and you begin to attract more good into your life.Life starts giving you even more things to be grateful for.

Step 5: Embrace gratitude without caveats.

Manifestation could be helpful to anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their life, whether you are stuck in a job that you really don’t enjoy or you are searching for your soulmate, anyone who wants to take control of their life, who wants to feel hopeful and excited for the future, who wants to unlock their potential, who wants to be their best self.

What could manifesting help you with?

Manifestation refers to the practice of harnessing the power of your mind to shape and bring about the reality you desire.The concept of manifestation has a long history, dating back to the early 20th century with Napoleon Hill's influential book, "Think and Grow Rich," published in 1917. Since then, numerous philosophers and thinkers have delved into this subject, offering valuable insights and perspectives.Therefore, it is important to note that manifestation is not a new concept, but rather one that has been explored and discussed by many great minds throughout history.

What is manifestation?

You can also ask yourself these questions:When did I first want this?Was I influenced by somebody else telling me this was a good thing?What do I think this thing will really bring me?Do I think it will bring me validation from my family, peers, and community?Do I think it’s going to bring me status or power? Or do I think it will bring me actual fulfillment, joy, and contentment? Because that’s what really matters in manifestation.

Some more questions to ask yourself

Your fears and doubts come from a combination of all your insecurities, low self-worth, and limiting beliefs. So the two things that are really standing in your way between you and your goals are fear and doubt.In order to get to the crux of what you want, ask yourself:If fear and doubt weren’t standing in your way, what would you really want?One thing that you can do in order to heal these fears and doubts is to heal your inner wounds from the past by working with therapists, counselors, and healers. But you can also help yourself by starting journaling, using affirmations and meditation.

Step 2: Remove fear and doubt

This step is all about actions: being the change you want to create and being able to step outside your comfort zone and take risks.This step asks you to transcend that fear and doubt and be able to act as your future self would.Really think about the person you want to become—your best self.Ask yourself:How would that person behave? What decisions would they make?And then start doing it.So, fake it till you become it.

Step 3: Align your behavior

When you are on the way to your goals, the universe may present you with obstacles to overcome. These obstacles are kind of testing how worthy you really think you are.You should have a very strong belief that you are worthy of more! This step is all about not settling for less than you deserve.Instead of giving up in the face of an obstacle or a negative situation, ask yourself:What’s the lesson here? How can I persist through the challenge? Try to see each obstacle as an opportunity to uplevel on the other side.
