I actually hated the idea of meditation... as it felt a waste of time to just sit in one place and overthink about the day.
Then I got to know that I was doing it all wrongXD.
Meditation is the process when you go to that level in your mind where u are not thinking anything. I know, it sounds easy but is too hard to achieve.
