So whenever I am troubled by my anxious thoughts, I give myself a little self-talk. Trust me it works.
So , I say
"Okay I am having anxious thoughts , anxious thoughts I accept you entirely . With my body, with my heart and with my mind. I completely accept you just like any other thought" And this talk has to be loud . Only then it can have any effect !
So the next time you are starting to have any anxious thoughts . Try this
