The best example of Indian leadership is politics, where most of them are working to scam more money rather than helping the states under them. The main problem is that they don't have a clear understanding of human existence, how we should be grateful for what we have, and how we can be helpful to others who don't have what we have but just the fad on money. In this regard, incorporating existential psychotherapy into Indian leadership can help individual leaders, starting from the government to each organisation, which could be beneficial for each individual to achieve greater goals.
