I personally use a pen and paper for a couple reasons:
I prefer pen and paper for planning. There is just something about physically writing down goals, task lists (plus checking things off), and my schedule that is satisfying to me.
But the biggest reason I have stayed with an analog system is because it keeps me off my device.
However, there is an ease that goes with using an app that I can’t deny.
A main benefit is that it can add up your time for you as well as create reports to help identify trends in how you spend your time.
