So, this book(meditation) is a journal. If you have ever thought of starting a journal but never managed to do it consistently, and if you make excuses like "Not having enough time," you are missing out on life. Start a journal and just 3 minutes a day won't do any harm. Just jot down 3 things you are grateful for that happened to you. It will make you feel more special because you are.
