Everytime you say no to something you like or want or are attracted towards You are losing some amount of energy.This energy which gets lost when we say 'No' is limited and recharges daily. You will get exhausted if you say no to every little useless thoughts.So trick is to say less number of 'No's for that environment is game changer.Make your environment so much supportive to your goals that there never comes a scene of saying 'No' , improvise your system (friends, eating, sleeping, thoughts), what you consume is very important throughout day, focus on that.Be a lazy productive person.
