Foster Dialogue

No matter how much conflict and tension there may be between two parties there is usually something that can agree on. Using this as a foundation, one can more easily bridge the gap between the conflicting parties.

There are several characteristics that make up good, healthy working relationships:

• Trust
• Mutual respect
• Taking responsibility for your words and actions.
• Welcoming diversity
• Open honest communication 

When you have team members working in different locations, communication can be a challenge. In-person employees might spend the bulk of their day talking to their co-worker in the next cubicle over—while remote workers struggle to form a real connection with their team members.
