Steps to Change

Steps to Change

  1. Don't try to change other people's attitudes, but rather, learn to change your own.
  2. We have the power to choose what thoughts and attitudes we put into our minds. We can choose to be miserable and pessimistic or to be happy and optimistic. We can choose to make decisions based on fear and judgements or to make decisions based on love. We can choose to experience peace or conflict. We can choose to be a victim or not. It is all up to us!
  3. To achieve choosing inner peace as a goal, begin by exploring painful events in your past that you are still angry about and grudges you are still holding.
